Can't find too much on him right now, but he's a big guy, one site has him listed at 300 lbs, the other 285, both have him at 6'9".

If he sheds a few pounds and continues to develop he could be a dominating center.

I feel like the S&C coach Big Rich is something in which could appeal to this type of recruit. It seems all of the players really like him and he has shown improvements with the guys since they have been at the school. That is exactly someone in which this kid needs and could turn his potential into a beast of a career

This is the type of potential I'm ok with taking a flyer on. It's not like we'd be hoping the guy is able to miraculously develop refined skills. It sounds like he's a late bloomer and the skills and work ethic are there, he just needs to slim down to really maximize his abilities.

^Nice article, said he now weighs 250 lbs after shedding about 30 lbs.

6'9", 250 lbs who can catch anything and has a decent shooting touch. Sign me up.

Was in the area so I drove through campus yesterday. With the new construction and the weather I thought the campus never looked more impressive. Hope it makes an impression on him today.

He had a lot of positive tweets about his visit, this is great news- maybe another under the radar Cady?

Link will show you his game by game scoring, and a local article written about him. Scroll down the page a bit.

Even teams that love to run and gun need an anchor. And while conditioning is hard work, I think it's much easier to get in great shape than it is to develop good hands and feet -- it's just about the effort. Our strength coach seems to be getting good results too. Cautiously optimistic about this kid. (I think I say that about every kid though.)

1 scholarship left now for 2014. Do you double down in size, knowing our wings are stocked? Do you go after a point guard? Do you hold the scholly until the spring and see what surprises might pop up?
