I remember going to a hockey game circa 1973 when our home games were at Amherst College.

Mullins
The Cage (vs. Holy Cross & Elon)
MassMutual (vs. Dayton)
TD Garden (vs. BC)
Ryan Center (OT loss at URI last year)
Rose Hill Gym (win at Fordham this year)

Best atmosphere for a game: tie between the cage (especially the elon game) and Rose Hill - one of the better basketball venues I have been to, great place to see college ball.

Game I regret missing most: vs. Memphis at TD Garden (Vinson buzzer beater)- had a ticket but didn't go, I believe there was a snow storm that night...still should have gone.

My goal is to see them play in a new arena each year- next year I wanna get to either GW or Richmond

Mullins, The Cage, MSG, Barclays Center, Rose Hill Gym, Walsh Gymnasium, Prudential Center, Boardwalk Hall, XL Center.

I think that is it, but I might be missing some.

Last year, I was lucky enough to add the Barclay's Center to my list. The year before I got to enjoy a game at GW's Smith Center (fun place to watch a game). This year I'll probably get down to the Smith Center again and also to Barclays but I'd also really like to make a trip to Hawk Hill and see how they do things at St. Joes. Unfortunately, Charleston isn't looking good for me...anyone else making any road trips this year? I kinda wanna go to Rhody too.

I think I was the only umass fan in the gym when we played @xavier last year, and won! was living/working in muncie, IN at the time and decided to make the trip. was very fun, the entire state of ohio is filled with the friendliest people i've ever met.

Figured this would be the best thread to ask this: I'm planning on going to URI this season, but am looking to add another A10 road trip to the schedule this season. I'll be leaving from Chicopee, so where's the best place to go? Consider easiest/best travel trip, best environment, etc when answering...thank you!

Looking at the away slate this year, I'd go to Brooklyn, if I were you .

Go to DC... It's on 2/15, so if you have a girl, you can take her down to DC for a romantic weekend, see the sights, and also get to a UMASS game..

I've heard Fordham is a fun trip and other than URI, it's the closest.

Philly is a great city, so the St. Joes game is a solid trip.

I personally love Richmond. They play @ Richmond this year. The city is great and fun, lots of young adults and some great bars. It has a TON of history, both Revolutionary and Civil War. It's a great place to visit.

I would have said Fordham but we aren't there this year.

I lived in DC for 2.5 years and couldn't say more good things about it + the GW gym is a great one that gets loud. Could be a great game especially if GW keeps up their quality of play.

I'd throw in a +1 for Richmond too. A main highlight for me though was the atmosphere at the gym which was awesome even as a fan of the opposing team. Dunno what RU's gym is like, but it'd brand new! And as IV said Richmond is cool.
I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it.
