Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I've seen a thread about this kid.

While reporting about Tyrell Lynch, Ron Chimelis said that this HS senior will be visiting campus this weekend.

I guess this kid's from the Orlando area

Seems he's a 6'8", 210, power forward.

Same travel team that Freddy Riley played for.

If we signed these 3 that would be promising. Lulane seems legit.

No idea what would happen with the scholarships tho.

So is it Lalanne, Lulane, or Lalane? Three published reports from three legitimate news sources with three different spellings.

I'm sure they'll spell it correctly on the back of his Minuteman jersey. :D

Sounds like a T Vinson type recruit, and a good comliment inside.

When's the signing period?

C'mon up Cady!

Last weekend.

At the Court Club golf day on Monday, DK talked about recruits being in, but didn't mention names.

"The Minutemen expect to have official visits Sept. 11 to 13 from Max Esho, the big man from Washington D.C., who verbally committed to UMass last fall; Brandon Young, a 6-foot-3 guard from Friendship Collegiate School in Washington, D.C.; and Florida native Cady Lalane, a 6-foot-8 big man from Orlando."
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

Found this from today and we are in his last four with Georgia, Ole Miss, and VCU. He says the Mid-Majors are on him the hardest. Hoping to land this kid.

I used to bench 225 for sets. Now all I do is Ralph Cross!

I wonder who he considers the "mid-major", VCU only, or us too?

I don't mean to bring up the mid-major debate again, just an observation.
