Re: Game 11, 2019-20: Yale (12/11)

What is kind of discouraging was the lack of "go to" play at the end of the game. They had 2 chances .... once specifically after that last time out in regulation where they ended up having to hoist up a desperation 3 as the shot clock was expiring. Not for nothing, but why not set up a fairly simpl...

Re: KAEO: Dibaji Walker

With the amount of grad transfers these days I'd only redshirt players in cases of injury or if they are just not ready to contribute. Sends a poor message to the team if you have a guy who can help (possibly significantly) and hold him out for future seasons - essentially telling the team results ...

Re: 2020 Season

Withe the rumblings of more transfers leaving, all I can say is BYE..... I simply don't want anyone here who doesn't want to be here or follow the rules to stay here. These are Whip's guys. I have not heard many/any real reports of Whip being loose, but clearly these kids are being held to a differe...

Re: State of the Progam

I think Bell should get a new QB couch and absolutely get a new QB. Britto isn't the answer at all. Everyone already stated the in game adjustments so it's a moot point. We'll see what he's able to bring in recruiting wise and what bowl affiliations UMass can get. Especially since there's three new...

Re: Game 9, 2019-20: South Carolina (12/4)

^ Yes, all of the above. Frank Martin's teams play hard. I'm mostly looking for us to play tough and be strong with the ball. Also curious to see how the press looks against another P5 opponent and whether we can make quick, solid decisions and get the ball moving on offense. Looking forward to hit...

Re: 2020 Season

Don't care about wins to a great extent as the fan base will not grow until there is a jump in wins. Look at basketball, they look much better but fan support is not that great, yet. Everything needs to look better for me to be thrilled, coaching x's and o's, with team performance are where things ...

Re: 2020 Season

In agreement with both of you in general terms but we have to give this guy a reasonable amount of time - don't we? That said, I get that "Culture" is an important part, but all the culture in the world is not adding 6" to Brito's height, or really fixing any of the other shortcomings mentioned abov...

2020 Season

We need to wash the stench of this season off and start thinking about next season: Lots of directions to go and questions to ask.... - Bell isn't going anywhere - We should have a little deeper roster next season in pure number of players (i cannot find it exactly but didn't we finish with about 52...

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

That is just Lazy journalism ..... it is easy to assume that the team (any team) "quit" when you are getting blown out week after week. That is a scoreboard watcher reporting, not someone who has really watched an entire game (and frankly who would want to watch a Umass game start to finish) or real...

Re: State of the Progam

Bell’s offense is not RPO. IT is spread for sure, but there are no plays that I saw where the QB had to make a decision between throwing or running. They had one read sideline passes and running plays that resembled an option, but the QB never kept the ball, unless of course it was Curtis in the Ak...

Re: Defending National Champ games

Arkansas has to be the #1 game..... Lou Roe put on an absolute show in one of the most dominant performances I have ever seen a kid in college basketball perform. It would have been even more impressive if he did not have to come out from dehydration cramps in his legs. That game was literally over ...

What is the over under on this game like 68 - For just BYU?

And 70.5 for both teams combined
