KAEO: Darrlyn Willis (2014 Power Forward)

Here's another big to keep our eyes on. Plays for the Milwaukee Rebels alongside another target, Damontrae Jefferson. Sounds like he likes to crash the glass (I for one think you can never have too many guys who like to crash the glass) and that we may have noticed him early: http://future150.com/hs...

I just want to see individual improvement. I don't think those expectations are too high.

KAEO: Nana Foulland (2014 PF/C)

According to both Alex Kline and Alex Schwartz, we've offered. Seems to fall in line with the other bigs we are targeting in Kenny Grant and Chaise Daniels. Good size, some work to do ahead of him. https://twitter.com/TheRecruitScoop/status/358240492292554752 http://www.nbebasketball.com/w3/2013_071...

Like Marty said, the Tigers return a big group of players. Also LSU's recruiting class this year is Top 10 although one of their top kids, Jordan Mickey was ruled ineligible for playing at Deion Sanders' charter schools. They have two other big-time recruits though in Jarrell Martin who is a Top 10 ...

It's a good, tough non-conference schedule. I like it. I just hope that in the games against lesser opponents we don't have as many close calls as we did last year. Some of those that were w's last year could easily turn in to l's this year. Shouldn't need to rally back against the likes of the Nort...

I get what people are saying with VCU and how they can get away with stuff sometimes, but I also think they should get some credit. Their pressure schemes seem to be pretty damn good and they certainly are relentless. There's something to be said for that.

I think Trey and Chaz should play at least 5 minutes a game together as long the opponent's size doesn't kill 'em on defense. Put Trey at the point, run some screens for Chaz when he is off the ball and let him attack when his guy isn't completely set in his stance. I also think that's something the...

There are kids in New England who could help the program that's for sure, but there are reasons (Leo Papile vs. TJ Gassnola, the few high level prospects want to play at high majors etc.) that these kids aren't coming here and it's up to DK to either A) figure out a solution or B) look elsewhere for...

This one came of out left field...much like Santee as someone else previous posted. DK's finest work as a recruiter is in situations like these. He sees an opportunity, he moves on it. Seems like an intriguing prospect and our wing cupboard is pretty well stocked now moving forward: Gordon has 3 yea...

Nice to see Cady and co. putting in the hard work. An in-shape, healthy Cady isn't something we haven't really seen yet -- hopefully this will be the year. And hopefully a concerted effort will be made to make him the No. 1 option in the halfcourt.

I think you are right about him being involved with those guys before the committed to their other schools -- good of Kellogg and his staff to keep UMass' hat in the ring in case an opportunity presents itself even after they decided to go elsewhere. There's no real true way to recruit at the mid-ma...

Pretty crazy when you look at that list, I think 10 of those 19 players were at one point at another school or committed to another school before arriving in Amherst. Say what you will about Kellogg and his staff, but they are nothing if not opportunistic when it comes to recruiting. So this upcomin...

I hear what you are saying about needing a healthy Cady but if he has a complete clean bill of health with no worries about injuries, he should be able to play 30 minutes a game even with the fast pace. Sure he needs to have better conditioning, but he's not Oliver Miller out there and he has this o...

Now an upperclassman and With his injuries (hopefully) behind him, consistency will be a key word for Cady this year. Last year he was pretty underwhelming in the off-conference schedule (5.3 ppg, 5.3 ppg) then a switch came on for most of conference play (middle 13-game stretch: 11.7 ppg, 8.8 rpg, ...
