To me, it seemed that the injury was too convenient. We had some significant pressure going on and, IIRC, had control of the puck in the offensive end when the whistle blew. You can access the methodology tab at the bottom where we read that public schools are the only schools that are obligated to provide their information. Private schools or public schools that are covered under a state exemption can be exempt.
