Re: Return of Derek Kellogg

during the season I was talking to a long time friend of Derek's - they grew up together and they still remain close - he said he asked Derek how it was to coach with Frank - Derek's response - "I'd rather not answer that" and he said he just left it at that. So you can all draw your own c...

Re: Game 16: 2022-23 La Salle (1/11)

I believe it was an injury. During a timeout he was talking to his father pointing to his chest and grimacing. He even left with the trainer for a while After the team came out after half-time, DD and the trainer went to the medical area in the north alcove. I don't think he was benched. this seems...

Re: Game 15, 2022-23: at GW (1/7)

I agree that Diggins should play a little more. When he takes the ball to the hoop he's tough. He doesn't shoot great but he certainly has a better shot than Keon. I have no idea how Keon went to one of the better prep schools with that outside shot of his. He's not fast enough to have blown by ever...

Looks like the kid with the whiteboard caught the wrath of Frank there in that timeout  haha saw that too. There was a chubby kid earlier in the year who had that job - Frank lit into him one game...pretty sure he crapped his pants and I've never seen him since. Hey, these kids are obviously i...

Re: Game 6, 2022-23: at South Florida (11/29)

anyone notice at the under 4 timeout Frank just sitting there in disgust and not talking to the players? Kellogg eventually stood up and said something - my first thought was Frank trying to let them figure it out and is DK stepping on his toes - or was it a test to see which one of his assistants ...

Re: KAEO: Noah Fernandes

He is listed as a senior but does he still have one more year left of eligibility due to the Covid19 waiver? pretty sure Kante and Martin are the only one's who cannot return...not positive on Levesque but would think he falls into the Covid category and can get that 5th year back if he chooses to.

Re: Game 3, 2022-23: vs Colorado (11/17, Myrtle Beach Tourney)

That was fun but stressful. For this early in the season, with only having faced one solid mid-major, this was a huge win. Hopefully we can gain some confidence from this and work out some of the bugs. Not enough offense from some players but RJ and Noah made up for it. I was a little surprised to ...

Re: 2022-23 roster

What's wrong with Gapare and Woody? I thought both were still expecting to be ready for start of season. Gapare has Visa issues and Woodley has left school to deal with some issues back home. I expect Gapare's Visa problem will get resolved in time for him to get some practice before the season sta...
