Man... claiming that not getting blown out by Richmond, repeat R-I-C-H-M-O-N-D, while losing the 6th game out of the last 7 to close the season is somehow a positive sign for a coach in his 3rd year at UMass is really, really bizarre.

I think we're playing it a little fast and loose with the term "impact" when referring to Lasme. I like the kid and all, but there's been two games this season where he's scored more than 7 points, they came back to back and he's averaged 2.7 since then. He's had 13 games where he's commited more fo...

Carrier selected UMass over Colorado, Southern California, Miami, Arizona State, Oregon State, Texas and Rutgers, among others." Does that answer your question Wiggum? It sure does answer that question. Now, however, is the time on Sprockets when you acknowledge that Carrier committed to UMass two ...

Does any player come to college as a finished product?

I mean, granted that at UMass under Lappas players stay about as good as they were when they arrived, but everyone is supposed to a work in progress, aren't they?

You can probably find a bar closer to home that does, OBG.

And remarkably, some do both.

But I agree, the single decision to fire Flint and the resulting impact that single decision has had on the program was discussed in detail. I don't think anyone is going to get back into that again.

I can't believe that UMass has to either beat Richmond or root for Bona in order to avoid finishing the season tied with Fordham. I just can't believe it.

You're right. Scandal ridden, recently coach-less and probation bound St. Bonaventure was the main competition for Oliver. Carrier? Please do tell who UMass beat out. And keep in mind that while he'll be a new addition to the roster next year, he was in last year's class of commitments. You kow, bac...
