The response from the campus administration (Swamy and Bamford) has been appropriate. Ignore.
What was Bamford and Swamy's response?

Re: Game 3, 2019-20: Northeastern (11/12)

This was so much fun to watch. East making the full-court buzzer-beater. The hustle plays. Hot from three.

I know it's the 3rd game of the season, but when was the last time UMass beat a team receiving votes in the AP poll? 2013-14?

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

I understand the NCAA is pretty lax with the 15,000 attendance rule, but y'all I don't see how they'd grant waivers to three schools with football stadiums well below 15k in capacity. (UNH 11k, Maine 10k, URI 6.5k) In addition to those three, while Holy Cross meets the capacity requirements I don't ...

Re: The secular decline of football in high school

It's a trend everyone should be aware of no doubt. However, we're still talking about 250,000 high school seniors vying for maybe 2,800 FBS scholarships. There's an argument to be made that with a smaller pool of high school players, there is a smaller number of exceptional guys (5 stars, top 50, 10...

Re: Derek Kellogg - LIU Brooklyn

The campuses effectively merged. LIU is one brand for all campuses. One D1 team but basketball is played at Brooklyn while football is played at Post (for example).

I thought ESPN3 was included with cable internet. ESPN+ is $5 a month but also of course requires internet.

Utah AAU & Free Tuition

I came across some news this week that the University of Utah was accepted into the AAU (along with UC Santa Cruz and Dartmouth). To be among that select group is an achievement a lot of universities aspire to (including UMass). The University of Utah also announced they'd be offering a free tuition...

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

JMU and Delaware seem most FBS ready in the CAA from at least from a facilities standpoint. Not exactly New England, but BosWash schools are still a regional affiliation that makes sense.

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

I'm far more excited by the prospect of a select few FCS teams joining us in the bowels of FBS independence (or as members of a new northeast-ish based conference) than us ever returning to FCS.

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

I would love to see a predictive model based on taking all the money we have put into football and allocating it to hockey and basketball and seeing how much it truly would affect alumni interest and donations. My guess is, at this point, not a whole lot. I think there's a false narrative with the ...

Re: FIRE WALT BELL!

Just a question for the group. Is there anything that could ever convince certain members of this board that getting out of FBS football would be the right move? I am honestly curious. I don't know, but hearing new arguments would likely be more persuasive than the ones we've all heard time and tim...

So have some balls and admit reject the All sports invite was a bad decision!
But really the worst decision involving the MAC was agreeing to a contract that made our membership contingent upon Temple's.

This was on their twitter. https://i.imgur.com/Pdm5gxw.jpg I didn't see an official pdf available, but you could print this one. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zt-rU33ZkH4qzDKhx72cxlJaclGl3...

Is there a link to a nice one page pdf for the basketball schedule? I like to save a copy in my notes app and print a couple copies to hang at the house and office. I found lots of schools but nothing nice and clean for UMass.
There were schedule posters at the football game yesterday.
