UMass adds 2024 F John Brigham, 6-10. Dexter Southfield (MA).

This year's team has to win the award for doing the most with the fewest resources. Good for them.

I went but didn't learn much. Maybe the TV viewers got some info that you can't get by being there. One thing for sure, Haston is very fast or our DBs are very slow.

Portal update. 1871 names in the portal. Most are DI but a few DII players have snuck in. Roughly 700 have found new homes or gone back to their original teams, so over 1100 still to pick from.

From what I saw, I don't think he would have made any meaningful contribution this year. Good kid, but needs to get much stronger and also needs to ramp up his BB instincts a lot to play in the A10. Height alone might get him by in a lower conference, but he still would have to work on things. I hop...

In the podcast, Frank did make reference to paperwork having to be completed (whatever that means). But it does infer that he has players committed but can't announce anything yet. He also said he had a visitor this week and another one is coming with his family this weekend.
