^ Excellent article! Gotta love Samba.

Curious to know why he wears two different colored sneakers at home, but not on the road.
Maybe he doesn’t have the matching pair😁

Re: State of the Progam

If Appalachian State and Liberty can succeed in FBS Football, there is no reason why we cannot. Football and Men's Basketball are, by far, the most important sports in college athletics and we are no better now, if not worse, 5 years into Bamford's tenure. Rest assured that if he was doing a very g...

Re: Game 15, 2019-20: La Salle (1/8)

MM was screaming at them about "time and score" and Keon took 2 ill-advised 3s with 15-20 seconds left of the shot clock. I agree except when they get the clock below 8 or so they generally don't get off good shots IMO. They weren’t exactly knocking down the shots they were taking with 25 seconds l...

Re: Game 14. 2019-2020 SLU 1/5/20

I think people are just rooting for the kid based off what the staff has said. No harm in hoping the kid does well. Not sure who has " built him up" to be anything more than TB and MM have said about him. Someone on this board has referred to him as a Lights Out Shooter and TB and MM are the ones w...

Re: Game 14. 2019-2020 SLU 1/5/20

Nice game for Dibaji and Carl to light it up from deep. Opens things up for Sean and Keon to drive and find Tre or score themselves. They give us the 3 and we're hot, it'll be a game Why do reference two players together (Dibaji and Carl) regarding shooting, one of whom has 21 career 3 point field ...

Re: 2020 Recruiting

Quoting from a recent comment in another thread, size isn't everything The Hall of Fame , ex Houston Cougar Coach Guy Lewis would beg to differ. Responding to a question regarding his preference in players, quick or tall; he replied “ Tall Guys; at the end of the game, the quick guys will be tired,...

Re: KAEO: Dibaji Walker

Also Ricky Harris says hello. No idea if Walker will shoot well when he gets to play. Only trying to point out out that it’s dumb to assume he won’t because of his shooting numbers in rather limited minutes as a freshman. Just as dumb to think he will as well. Already made a reference to Ricky Harr...

Re: KAEO: Dibaji Walker

I’m guessing folks have different definitions of “lights out” shooter so this is kind of a dumb argument to have if you ask me (I know nobody did). I also think it’s dumb to put a ton of stock — in either direction — of fairly limited freshman year stats. I bet Carmelo Travieso had pretty crappy sh...

Re: KAEO: Dibaji Walker

^^^^^. The numbers were a rebuttal for the description “Lights out from 3”........the one year stats are not an indicator of a player who will step up a level (or more) in competition and be a major contributor.....FYI...a positive TB evaluation is not the overriding defining element that many are t...

Re: KAEO: Dibaji Walker

^He shot 42% from the floor, 33% from 3 pointers and less than 60% on Free Throws...which of those are you using as your basis of “lights out shooter”? Regarding your statement regarding limited playing time, he was playing for a coach fighting for his job and the coach would play the players he fel...
