Re: "ZooMass" Is No More

I knew that author's name rang a bell. He wrote a book about Charlestown High's hoop team about 10 years ago called "The Assist". One of the best sports books I have ever read-I'd put it up there with Woj's "Miracle at St Anthony" and Darcy Frey's "The Last Shot"

Someone is listed as "TJ Grazznola"..........I'm assuming this is "TJ Gassnola" who has ties to New England AAU/Kellogg right?

Re: 2018 Recruiting needs and potential recruits

So I ask you - Where is your outrage over this season.....? The only thing worth replying to out of that nonsense... I am outraged over what this class did to this coach and school. Almost all of them bailed. That sucks, though it's not surprising considering we all know that most kids play for the...

Re: New UMass coach Matt McCall

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I like the way MM handles time outs. He takes a moment and meets with just the coaches, then goes into the huddle and talks to the team. Seems like a guy humble enough to know that he doesn't know everything nor can he see everything. I like the fact ...

Re: Game 7, 2017-2018 @ Quinnipiac 11/29

Did anyone else hear his post game radio interview. I heard some comments from MM that were very disturbing. He didn't mention anyone by name, but he almost came out and said that basketball may not be important to some of the players. He also mentioned that players have to be committed and not los...

Re: Lou Roe

The Walpole post was unnecessary...Lou is in the area and he has a basketball trainer business. What a world we live in when a nut can make a fake claim and it makes the college distance themselves from a guy who has his # retired from all his contributions to the school. What a world we live in wh...

Based on the attendance figures of last year's games, I don't think wanding the whole crowd will be a problem. They might even be able to wand fans twice before tip off.
