And will leave at the next coveted opportunity.

They're probably likely to do that with the leveraged extension in place anyways.

The coaching carousel is certainly fun to follow!

If that happens often (and I agree, I think it does), you'd think that schools/ADs would know by now that their coach is just using this as leverage.

I understand quite well that humans do weird things, I find this particular thing, especially because it's such a big decision that isn't typically taken lightly, hard to comprehend.

Re: 2019 Recruiting

You're use of "I don't really understand" made it clear to me that you didn't understand that humans do weird things, like the decision being discussed here.

It's called being human. Everyone is different and has different things that drive them.

Precious Achiuwa signed with Memphis. We were mentioned in the notification that just went out from ESPN.

Re: 2019 Recruiting

If he's filling the spots with kids that can contribute, I don't really give a shit if they have other offers or not. If he's filling them to just fill them, I don't like that approach. I personally think it's the former so I'm not concerned here.

Let's get to the dance before we worry about being manhandled there. Also lack of size down low can be made up with length across the roster

I'm ok with getting to the CBI, CIT or NIT first! But the dance would be nice

Re: Season tickets anyone?

Going that route without some sort of sustained success would be ridiculous.

When UMass is good again, Jalen is gonna wish he kept his commitment to UMass

Love the optimism! But I doubt he'll have any regrets... kids these days don't seem to be wired like that anymore.
